Fifty-five counties, and almost none of them have anyone telling their story on camera. We're looking for the people who already live it.

You don't need a following, a studio, or a nice camera. You need to know your subject and be willing to be filmed doing it. Everything else is our job.

No. 01

The Sideline

Friday night is the biggest audience in this state and nobody is covering it properly. If you know every county's roster and you can hold a phone steady in the rain, this is your job.

We're looking for

  • High school football, wrestling, basketball — sideline, stands, or postgame
  • Someone who knows the programs, the coaches, the rivalries
  • Fast turnaround — highlights up before the bus gets home

What you get

  • Paid per game, in season
  • Field access arranged, editing handled
  • Your name on the coverage the whole county watches
No. 02

The Trades

You've got grease under your nails and a camera in your pocket. We're looking for the person who can make a weld, a wiring diagram, or a rebuilt transmission worth watching.

We're looking for

  • A working tradesperson — electrical, HVAC, welding, mechanics, construction, lineman
  • Someone already filming, even badly, on a phone
  • A voice that explains the craft without talking down

What you get

  • Paid work, per shoot — not "exposure"
  • Production, editing, and distribution handled
  • You keep your channel, your name, your audience
No. 03

The Builder

Not a gadget reviewer. A builder. If you can show someone what you made, why it broke, and what you did about it — that's the tape we want.

We're looking for

  • Makers, coders, hardware tinkerers, automation people, AI-curious
  • Show-your-work energy over hot takes
  • Comfortable being wrong on camera

What you get

  • Paid per shoot, gear budget where it's needed
  • A studio and an editor, so you can just build
  • Your work in front of an audience outside the algorithm
No. 04

The Storyteller

The mountains have been narrated by outsiders for a century. We're looking for people from here to tell it themselves — the music, the food, the hollers, the whole complicated truth.

We're looking for

  • Musicians, cooks, foragers, historians, artisans, front-porch talkers
  • Rooted in Appalachia — lived, not visited
  • Interested in the real thing, not the postcard or the punchline

What you get

  • Paid per shoot, travel covered in-region
  • Full production behind your story
  • Editorial say — nothing goes out that misrepresents you

Email us. Tell us which slot, your county, and what you'd film first. One paragraph is plenty.

02

Send one clip — phone footage is fine, and we mean that. We're looking at you, not your camera.

03

We talk. If it fits, first paid shoot inside a month.

Rolling — no deadline. We read everything that comes in, and we answer, even when the answer is no.

A word on the deal, so nobody wastes a drive: this is paid work, per shoot, at a real rate. It is not exclusive — you keep your own channels, your own name, and your own sponsors outside our categories. Either side can walk with thirty days' notice. If someone offers you "exposure" instead of money, that isn't us.
